The Paramount project is a luxury mixed-use development in Dubai’s Business Bay, realized by DAMAC Properties in partnership with Paramount Pictures. Launched in 2013 as Paramount’s first hospitality venture in the Middle East, the scheme comprises four skyscraper towers linked by a podium. Three towers hold about 1,140–1,200 fully furnished serviced apartments, while the fourth is the Paramount Hotel & Residences. Together the four towers soar roughly 270 meters high (about 68 floors each). The design is overtly Hollywood-inspired, blending modern Dubai architecture with cinematic glamour.

DAMAC Towers offers studios and 1–3 bedroom serviced apartments for sale or lease, all delivered fully furnished with premium finishes. The apartments feature spacious, open layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Dubai skyline. Every unit comes with a modern kitchen, marble or hardwood flooring, and top-quality appliances a true turnkey home. The overall collection spans roughly 918 to 2,245 square feet per unit. In total there are about 1,140 residences across the three residential towers.
